Les Îles du Salut, ou les îles du Salut, sont un groupe de trois îles situées sur la côte nord de la Guyane française. Les îles sont situées à environ 11 kilomètres au large de la côte et à environ 20 kilomètres au sud-est de Kourou. Elles sont composées des îles Royale, Saint-Joseph et du Diable.
