Campbell Island is an uninhabited subantarctic island in the New Zealand archipelago in the southern Pacific Ocean. It is located about 680 km south of the South Island of New Zealand, and is the largest island in the archipelago. The island covers an area of 113.68 square kilometres, and is home to a wide variety of unique flora and fauna.
The island is a rugged and mountainous terrain, with its highest peak, Mount Honey, standing at 500 metres above sea level.
