Cobourg Peninsula is a remote and sparsely populated area located in the Northern Territory of Australia. It lies in the Gulf of Carpentaria, about 200 kilometers east of Darwin. It covers an area of approximately 6,000 square kilometers and is part of the Arnhem Land Indigenous Protected Area.
