The Antipodes Islands are a group of small islands located in the Southern Ocean off the south-eastern coast of New Zealand’s South Island. The islands are of volcanic origin, with the largest being the main island of Antipodes Island, measuring roughly 8 km long and 4 km wide. The other two smaller islands are Bollons Island and the much smaller Disappointment Island.
