Gravdal is a municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. Located on the west coast of Norway, it is part of the Sunnmøre region. It is bordered by the municipalities of Stranda, Ørsta, Volda, and Herøy. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Måløy.

Gravdal has a population of about 2,500 people and covers an area of about 122 square kilometres. The municipality is made up of several villages, including Måløy, Austnes, Sandvoll, and Kvivik. The landscape is mostly mountainous, with the highest point being the mountain of Skårasalen at 1,077 metres. The fjord of Gravdalsfjorden runs along the northern border of the municipality.

Gravdal has been inhabited since the Stone Age and was an important trading post during the Viking Age. The municipality was established in 1838 when it was separated from the municipality of Stranda.
