Kodiak is a city located on Kodiak Island in the Gulf of Alaska in the United States. It is the largest city in Alaska's Kodiak Island Borough and the second largest city in the state of Alaska. Kodiak is situated on the eastern shore of the island, and is the main economic center of the region.
