Frejus is a commune in the Var department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of southeastern France. It is located on the Mediterranean coast, about 20 kilometers east of Saint-Raphael and 40 kilometers east of Cannes. It is situated between the Esterel mountains and the Mediterranean Sea and is surrounded by lush vineyards and olive groves.
