The AIDAmar is a cruise ship owned and operated by AIDA Cruises. It was built in 2011 at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. The ship is 250 meters (820 feet) long, 32.2 meters (105.6 feet) wide, and has 12 decks, of which 11 are accessible to passengers.
The AIDAmar is equipped with an environmentally friendly propulsion system, using dual fuel engines that can run on liquefied natural gas (LNG) and conventional marine fuel. This system reduces the ship's emissions and makes it one of the most environmentally friendly cruise ships in the world.
The AIDAmar offers a variety of attractions and amenities for passengers, including a pool, spa, fitness center, bars, and restaurants. There are also numerous entertainment options on board, such as a theater, casino, and live music.
