The AIDAblu is a cruise ship owned by AIDA Cruises. It was built in 2006 at the Meyer Werft Shipyard in Papenburg, Germany. It is 250 meters long, 32 meters wide, and has 14 decks. Of these 14 decks, 12 are accessible to passengers.
The AIDAblu is equipped with an environmentally friendly propulsion system, which reduces its fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. It also features a special attraction called the Beach Club, which is an outdoor area with a pool and a bar. Other features include a spa, a theater, and a variety of restaurants.
